Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Perishable goods or goods with a short shelf life.

Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery.

3. Return Shipping Costs
Cost Responsibility: Unless otherwise stated or the item is defective, the customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

Recommendation: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned items, and refunds will only be processed upon receipt of the return or confirmation of shipment.
